Welcome to The American Council of Engineering Companies of North Dakota

The American Council of Engineering Companies of North Dakota (ACEC/ND) is a nonprofit, voluntary, self-governing organization, incorporated under the laws of the state of North Dakota for the purpose of protecting the public interest and advancing the professional position of engineers in private practice.

Membership Benefits

Joining ACEC/ND (American Council of Engineering Companies of North Dakota) automatically permits the firm to also be a member of ACEC (American Council of Engineering Companies).

Membership Benefits entitled to firms on a state-level within ACEC/ND are

  • Close relationship in meetings with North Dakota State Departments
  • Close coalition with various contracting societies.
  • Continuing education units obtained through seminars offered periodically by ACEC/ND
  • Access to educational opportunities through the ACEC/ND Emerging Leadership Institute
  • ACEC/ND retains a lobbyist who works with the organization during State Legislative sessions.
