For Internet Explorer Users (version 6.x, Windows OS):
- From the tool bar in your browser select "Tools", then "Internet Options"
- Select the "Privacy" tab from the top of the pop up window
- Move the slider on the right to a privacy level of Medium High (or lower)
- Click "Apply"
- Click "OK"
For Internet Explorer Users (version 5.x, Windows OS):
- From the tool bar in your browser select "Tools", then "Internet Options"
- Select the "Security" tab from the top of the pop up window
- Make sure the "Internet" icon is selected and click on the "Custom Level" button at the bottom of the window (a new window will open)
- Scroll down the window until you see "Cookies"
- Under "Cookies", select radio button to "Enable" under "Allow cookies to be stored on your computer", and select radio button to "Enable" under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)"
- Click "OK"
- You must close and re-open your browser for the changes to take effect
For Netscape Navigator Users (version 6.x):
- Click on "Edit", "Preferences"
- Click on the triangle next to "Privacy & Security" to expose its options
- Choose "Cookies"
- Select radio button set on "Enable all cookies"
- Click "OK"
- You must close and re-open your browser for the changes to take effect
For Netscape Navigator Users (version 4.x):
- Click on "Edit", "Preferences"
- Choose "Advanced"
- Under "Cookies" select radio button set on "Accept all cookies"
- Click "OK"
- You must close and re-open your browser for the changes to take effect
